Conference Producer
Be responsible for the creation of the event from the very beginning! For this exciting position you will need exceptional organisational, research, English grammar and creative writing skills as well as being a commercial, ambitious, high-energy self-starter. A great eye for detail and the ability to handle yourself professionally on the phone and face-to- face are also needed. The conference producer is the creative mind of the conference and will be in charge of shaping the agenda and speaker line-up.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop commercially viable conferences based on in-depth market research (calling) into the relevant market and topic.
  • Identify new and interesting business trends.
  • To speak to business leaders worldwide – discussing developing issues – what’s going to be vital in the future.
  • To write the promotionally-led programmes.
  • To produce marketing campaigns and to work closely with the sales and logistics team to make sure the conference is successful.

Delegate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm and cold calling top-level managers to promote and sell delegate spaces
  • Researching potential new customers/delegates
  • Cultivating new relationships with business and senior business members

Sponsorship Sales Executive
Managing your own sponsorship campaigns, you’ll need to be a real go getter with a great entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy interacting with people and ready to go the extra mile for our sponsors and exhibitors. If you’re goal oriented, hardworking, excited to hit the phones and find new business, you will have the opportunity to earn high levels of commission. You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with senior decision makers professionally both on the telephone and face-to- face.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for achieving a realistic revenue target
  • Carry out account management duties with the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell
  • Be responsible for maximising all potential revenue to achieve/exceed event targets
  • Identify target brands, establish new relationships, and sell across an entire event portfolio
  • Proactively lead source from all mediums and maintain, develop and manage a sales database
  • Retain the integrity of events by adhering to set processes and through maintaining a high yield

What We are Looking For:

  • Possess a minimum of 1-2+ years proven sales experience gained in a dynamic B2B environment
  • Possess the business acumen to lead contractual negotiations with clients of every level
  • Be outgoing, driven and self motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team based environment

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growing the existing portfolio through building and retaining delegate audiences, and building sustainable audiences for new conferences.
  • Identifying and embracing new marketing methods, driving forward and implementing new and creative ideas.
  • Responsibility for database strategy, development and lead generation for the sector, working with marketing specialists to optimize the end-to- end lead management process.
  • Interpreting key performance indicators and identifying themes and trends, implementing actions based on findings
  • Managing constructive relationships with key contacts including the internal team, stakeholders, and external joint venture partners.

What We are Looking For:

  • International marketing experience, preferably in conference or event environment is essential
  • You’ll have experience of using a wide range of digital and offline channels
  • You’ll be used to identifying and successfully implementing new initiatives to expand routes to market
  • You’ll be methodical, organised and innovative in your approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytic and numerate
